I first bought a Ford Explorer here for my girlfriend as a Christmas present. The service and quality was so good I went back a week later and bought a Chevy Tahoe for myself. This is a family run business and while looking at vehicles I met each person in the family. Joelle has excellent customer service and is wonderful to work with. You don't get the typical salesman/woman selling that you get from other dealerships that make you feel uncomfortable. She made the car shopping experience very enjoyable and stress free. I found Skaf Auto online as I was searching for a used vehicle. Not sure what to expect as I arrived to look at the inventory, I was greeted by Tony and Marlene. Tony took me back to looks at some SUV’s and was very helpful in answering any questions I had. We took some Test drives and I made my decision. Tony and Marlene were not your typical “sales person” They were easy going, easy to work with and genuine people. Paper work was just as easy with Joelle, friendly and welcoming she made the process painless. When I can back to pick up my vehicle, I met George. He was very knowledgeable and professional as we looked over the vehicle. Overall I had a great experience with skaf, I’ve already recommended this family run, used dealership to some people.
